Role Description:
As a MERN Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You’ll collaborate with a team of developers and designers to deliver seamless and scalable solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, functional web applications.

Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices.

Design and implement RESTful APIs to support application functionality.

Build and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth functionality.

Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development and the MERN ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Core Skills:

Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
-
Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.

Experience with MongoDB and database design.

Familiarity with RESTful API creation and integration.

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and its ecosystem.

Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku is a plus.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability, communication skills, and team collaboration.

Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
