Role Overview

  • Job Title: Web Designer

  • Shift: Day Shift (Australian Clients)

  • Location: Remote/On-Site

  • Days Off: Fixed Saturdays & Sundays

Role Description:

As a Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional websites that align with client objectives. You’ll work closely with the development, content, and marketing teams to ensure the final product not only looks great but also delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites for a global client base.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their branding, target audience, and design requirements.

  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Make revisions based on client feedback while adhering to project deadlines.

  • Utilize graphic design tools to create logos, banners, and other visual assets as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in web design or a related field.

  • Education: High School Pass or higher (design certifications preferred).

  • Core Skills:

    • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

    • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

    • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.

    • Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.

    • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
